Peaches & Cream Recipe

You know there is nothing better then being in the kitchen cooking a great
recipe and having your kids stop for a visit. My daughter Brittany brings
good conversation when she comes over.

I knew she would love the recipe.

If you love Coffee Cake then you will love this recipe too.

It is one of the easiest Coffee Cake recipes I have, and so delicious. What’s
great about this recipe is you can serve it for breakfast, lunch or at dinner

Its a cheerful recipe to serve.

I think with Easter this coming Sunday
it would be a wonderful brunch idea to bring to your table.

The aroma of spices will have everyone up and ready to eat.

Springform pan

real butter is always good

cinnamon & nutmeg added

Perfect slice



2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 c brown supar
3/4 c butter, softened
2 eggs seperated
1 c heavy cream
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
2-1/4 t baking powder
1 1/2 cans of Peaches or Peach pie filling

1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c powdered sugar
3 Tbsp whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350
Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter, it will be crumbly.
Set aside 1 cup for the topping.

Mix egg yolks, cream and add to your flour mixture. Add salt and baking powder
and mix until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a greased springform pan.

Spoon peaches or peach filling over your batter. . Sprinkle with the 1
cup of crumb mixture.

Bake for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean

Drizzle vanilla icing .

Melt butter in the microwave, then add vanilla
Stir in powdered sugar
Add 3 Tbsp of cream
Making sure you can drizzle it.

Remove your cake by removing the bottom of your springform pan. Set onto a
pretty plate and drizzle your icing.
