Grilled ‘Pinot’ Burgers

Grilled Pinot Burgers

Organic Ground Beef and Seasonings

Wine of your choice

This recipe was inspired by Sunny Jin Executive Chef at The Jory Restaurant.

1 pound of organic ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/3 bread crumbs

1/2 cup wine of your choice

4 slices of your favorite cheese (Swiss)

lettuce, tomato, red or white onions, and pickles

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let set for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator to let the wine marry with the meat.
Form into four patties. Grill and serve. Toast your buns, and top with your favorite cheese and veggies.

These are so delicious, that is the word from my family. The burgers were juicy, sweet, heavenly, rich in flavor
mouth watering. We will definitely make these many times over this summer. I hope you try this recipe for your
family & friends.
