My Magazine Debut – Portrait Of Portland

This year I was truly honored to be featured in the Fall issue of Portrait of Portland, along with the historic Lions Gate Inn Bed & Breakfast where I serve as Chef and Innkeeper. The magazine featured my Hazelnut Pancakes with Blueberry Compote, a favorite among our guests!
